**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of equipment and facilities to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations. The Maintenance Engineer will work closely with the operations team to reduce downtime, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative maintenance plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, machinery, and facilities to minimize downtime.
- **Preventative Maintenance**: Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to increase the lifespan of equipment and reduce the risk of unexpected failures.
- **Diagnostics and Troubleshooting**: Use diagnostic tools and equipment to detect issues and implement effective solutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventative tasks.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and suggest equipment or process upgrades.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards. Promote a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions to production and collaborate on major repairs and maintenance projects.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage maintenance inventory, ensuring availability of spare parts and tools needed for repairs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and proficiency in diagnostic tools.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
