Due to continuing company success, the Customer Analytics Practice Area is seeking to appoint a professional Operations Coordinator to shape the expansion within this well established practice area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the execution of projects, both qualitative and quantitative
- Closely track the progress of interview completes and quota fillings
- Quality check transcripts of in-depth interviews
- Quality checking for online surveys
- Prepare templates
- Pro-actively alert Operations Manager in case of any issues
- Project manage external partners to ensure field work is delivered on time and within budget
- Communicate with Customer Analytics team members on progress and issues
- Pro-actively suggest solutions to overcome challenges
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year-experiences working in operations’ coordination environment.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of research methodologies, including experience in using survey platforms (we are using Voxco, so experience with platform like Decipher, Qualtrics, etc. a plus)
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Sound MS Office skills, especially in Excel, SPSS skills of advantage, PowerPoint skills a strong plus
- High attention to detail, working with high accuracy
- Strong understanding of data collection
- Proactive, well - organized and capable of delivering tangible results in a fast paced and creative environment
- Independent, reliable, willingness to take on responsibility
- Intercultural competence and ability to work in a global matrix organization
- Ability to communicate effectively with a global team
- Time manage effectively and efficiently
- Customer and service orientation
