**Job Description: CSR Asst
- Telle caller**

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide detailed information about the NGO’s mission, projects, and impact on the community.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the interests and concerns of the individuals you contact.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow up with interested parties.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective communication strategies.
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to build trust and rapport

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, sales or freshers with a strong interest in communication skills.

**Skills**:

- Empathy and a genuine interest in helping others.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
