**Responsibilities**:
**Internal Designation for this role will be Executive - Design.**
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business analyst, project manager and developers.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
- Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines.
- Improve the look and feel of the product across multiple platforms (Android, iOS and web).
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Be a constant user advocate, in every aspect of your work.

**Mandatory Skills**
- Proven 1+ year of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of design projects that details strong interaction, thought process and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, HTML5, CSS, Illustrator, Visual Design and Wire-Framing tools.
- Deep understanding of typography, layout & composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation & transitions.
- Proven ability to conceptualize from scratch elegant designs to enhance the product experience.
- Proactively identifying and seizing the opportunity to propose improvements to existing product design, design tools and the design processes.

**Good to have Skills**
- Excellent knowledge of web standards, native mobile design systems (iOS and Android), progressive improvements, dynamic content retrieval, and responsive/adaptive design techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Product Analytics tools for UX decisions, AB testing etc.
- Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages.
