**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with up to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with Project managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centric and visually appealing digital experiences. You should have a passion for creating intuitive interfaces and be eager to contribute to all stages of the design process, from concept to final implementation.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** User Research & Analysis**: Conduct user research, create user personas, and analyze user feedback to understand their needs and pain points.
- ** Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas and functional requirements.
- ** UI Design**: Design high-fidelity UI components and layouts that align with brand guidelines, enhance user experience, and improve product functionality.
- ** UX Optimization**: Optimize designs based on usability testing and user feedback to improve the overall experience and interface usability.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other designers, to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
- ** Design Systems & Guidelines**: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across products.
- ** User Testing & Iteration**: Participate in or lead usability testing sessions, gather insights, and iterate designs accordingly.
- ** Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.
- ** Tools Proficiency**: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, illustrator or similar.
- ** Wireframing & Prototyping**: Strong skills in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- ** Visual Design**: Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles.
- ** UX Research**: Basic knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and persona creation.
- ** Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate design concepts and user experience solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to design details, ensuring a seamless and polished user experience.
- ** Problem-Solving Skills**: Creative thinking and problem-solving approach to overcome design challenges.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to adapt designs based on changing project requirements and user feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with mobile-first and cross-platform design.
