**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that focuses on the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children.
- Plan and organize daily activities, including circle time, art projects, sensory play, storytelling, and outdoor play, to engage children and promote learning through play.
- Adapt curriculum and activities to meet the individual needs, interests, and developmental levels of each child.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel comfortable to explore, learn, and interact with their peers and teachers.
- Establish and maintain daily routines, rules, and expectations to promote positive behavior and a sense of community.
- Supervise and monitor children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- **Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Observe and assess children's progress and development through informal observations, anecdotal records, and developmental checklists.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each child's growth, development, and learning achievements.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, strengths, and areas for growth.
- **Parent Communication and Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain open and positive communication with parents, including daily interactions, parent-teacher conferences, and written communication.
- Collaborate with parents to support children's learning and development at home, provide resources and guidance as needed, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with best practices and trends in early childhood education through professional development opportunities, workshops, conferences, and ongoing training.
- Participate in staff meetings, team planning sessions, and collaborative activities to share ideas, resources, and strategies for supporting children's learning and well-being.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (required).
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting (preferred).
- Knowledge of child development principles, early learning theories, and play-based pedagogy.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
