Exposure to work with medical professionals and hospitals

Build sustainable relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by involving them in stake-Holder s engagements at regular intervals.

Help the team in lead generation and conversions from various sources-Doctors / Hospitals / Direct Patients for Sree Saran Medical Center.

Revenue Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Target achievement as per the business.

Responsible for driving Market Development Activities with the team to enhance the brand equity awareness of Sree Saran Medical Center in the Healthcare Industry.

Analysis of competitor information and market intelligence

Demonstrate team building attitude courteous, friendly, supportive, encouraging, and approachable.

Able to guide and provide effective feedbacks solutions to subordinates.

Set targets for team members, monitor their performance, undertake monthly, quarterly performance review.

Clearly communicate performance standards and performance gaps with the team members

Other required skills:
Good verbal communication and presenter Good command over English and Tamil language

People and Relationship building Skills including Networking Skills

Capable of communicating marketing plans /strategies promptly to the team members and help the team for execution

Two-wheeler must

Proficiency in MS Office
