Understanding of waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies

2. Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools

3. Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits

4. Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking

systems, including root cause and corrective actions

5. Provide training and support to quality assurance team

6. Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance

7. Able to understand different software development methodology and set process for

software development

8. Help continuous process improvements in Software Development Process

9. Able to understand the Project Scope and able to content audit

10. Understand the purpose of project artifacts and help project team if required.

11. Well versed with all phases of Software Development Life cycle SDLC

12. Practically, in what stage what are the documents are required in SDLC phases.

13. Understand the purpose of the document and able to guide project team to prepare the same

**Skills / Capabilities Required**:
1. Postgraduate in any Stream

2. Professional certification such as Six Sigma or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
