**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cold Calling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products or services.
- Explain the features and benefits of products or services in a clear and persuasive manner in Hindi.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate new leads by calling prospective clients and introducing new offerings.
- Record all interactions with clients and provide relevant feedback to the sales team.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle incoming calls from clients and provide them with the necessary information in Hindi.
- Answer customer queries, provide assistance, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Maintain Customer Relationships**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and timely updates.
- Document all customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- **Achieve Targets**:

- Work towards achieving monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
- Assist the sales team in converting leads into sales or appointments.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:

- Provide regular updates and reports on calls made, leads generated, and progress on sales goals.
- Share insights and feedback from clients to improve service delivery.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members and the sales department to optimize processes and achieve collective goals.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; any additional qualifications in communication or customer service are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
- Prior experience in a telecalling role is preferred.
- **Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and written) is a must.
- Knowledge of English and other regional languages is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain services and products clearly and persuasively.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Ability to influence and persuade potential clients to generate leads or convert them into customers.
- Comfortable with handling objections and closing sales over the phone.
- **Computer Literacy**:

- Basic knowledge of using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Ability to navigate between different software programs while handling calls.
- **Goal-Oriented**:

- Ability to work towards achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
