As an ‘Indian Wildlife Tours’ Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling tour packages to individuals, groups, and businesses. Your primary goal will be to generate revenue by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and effectively communicating the features and benefits of various tour packages. You will work closely with customers to create customized itineraries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a seamless booking experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and participate in sales events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Understand clients' travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints to recommend suitable tour packages and create customized itineraries.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about tour packages, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and pricing.
- Handle inquiries and booking requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and complete contracts with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are clearly communicated and understood.
- Coordinate with tour operators, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure bookings and arrangements for clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to adapt sales strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and bookings in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to showcase tour packages and generate leads.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner to maintain positive relationships and uphold the company's reputation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of travel products, destinations, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous, depending on the target market.
- A passion for travel and a willingness to travel occasionally for sales meetings, events, or familiarization trips.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years experience in the Tourism industry.

**Eligibility Criteria:

- Degree/Diploma in travel/tourism from recognized university OR three years working experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
