**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **Medical Social Worker (MSW)** who will be the first point of contact for patient families, guiding them step-by-step through the treatment process. The MSW will ensure patients feel supported, informed, and cared for — emotionally, medically, and logístically — during their hospital journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Guidance & OPD Support**
- Personally accompany new patients and their families during OPD visits
- Ensure they understand doctor's advice, investigations, and treatment plan
- Coordinate next steps — appointments, tests, admissions, billing, etc.
- Act as a single point of contact to **clarify patient queries** and reduce confusion

**Psychosocial Support**
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families
- Help them cope with fear, anxiety, or treatment-related challenges
- Conduct one-on-one sessions or support group meetings as needed

**Administrative & Documentation Support**
- Help patients with documentation for admissions, treatment packages, insurance, or NGO forms
- Maintain case records, follow-up logs, and emotional assessments

**Liaison & Coordination**
- Actively coordinate between patients, doctors, billing team, and operations
- Track progress of each patient daily and ensure continuity of care
- Escalate critical issues to doctors or management when needed

**Awareness & Engagement**
- Educate patients on treatment journey, diet, rehabilitation, and available support
- Assist in organizing awareness talks, events, and patient feedback sessions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
