**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi-Purpose Worker to assist under the supervision of a Medical Officer in a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU). This role involves generating awareness about the availability of the MMU, the services provided, the frequency of visits, and the schedule of the MMU.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mobilize patients by coordinating with ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist), AWW (Anganwadi Worker), Panchayat leaders, and other influential leaders, as well as through home visits for health checkups at MMUs.
- Disseminate Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials in collaboration with MMU staff and ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)/AWW.
- Identify community groups and patients who would particularly benefit from MMU services.
- Provide guidance to service users in choosing between SC (Sub-Center), PHC (Primary Health Center), and MMU as referral sites, based on the nature of the referral, where services are assured, and how to access them.
- Support ASHAs, AWWs, and ANMs in conducting preliminary screenings or in bringing suspected cases of chronic diseases, such as tuberculosis, blindness, HIV, leprosy, diabetes, hypertension, asthma, epilepsy, childhood disabilities, and severe malnutrition.
- Ensure regular follow-up for patients undergoing long-term treatment for chronic diseases.
- Help patients access emergency referral services.
- Provide medications to patients as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Multi-Purpose Worker (MPW)
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the relevant field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
