**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Initiating calls to prospective customers, explaining products, and generating leads.
- **Quotation Management**: Preparing and sending product quotations as per client requirements.
- **Online Marketplace Operations**: Managing product listings, order processing, inventory, and returns on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- **Packaging Oversight**: Supervising packaging of goods for dispatch.
- **Courier Coordination**: Booking couriers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely dispatch.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, sales, and deliveries.
- **Follow-Ups**: Regular follow-up with leads and existing customers for repeat orders or feedback.

**Required Skill Set**:

- Smart and proactive with a go-getter attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of packaging and dispatch process
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic problem-solving attitude

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate in any stream (Preferred: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent)
- Basic computer and communication training is an added advantage

**Work Timings**:

- Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
