We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backend Executive to join our growing team. As a Backend Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of our business. You will be responsible for handling backend processes, data management, and assisting with system integrations to ensure smooth business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain backend databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Assist in the development and implementation of backend systems and processes.
- Support data entry, processing, and reporting tasks across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve system efficiencies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to recommend improvements and enhancements.
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding backend processes.
- Handle confidential company data and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Assist in system troubleshooting and provide technical support as needed.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)( Knowledge of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP in Excel).**:

- Knowledge of backend systems, databases, and IT infrastructure (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in backend operations or a similar role.
- Familiarity with data entry tools and software.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
