**Job Responsibilities-**
- Ensure successful execution of training needs
- Measure program training effectiveness
- Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
- Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated
- Participate in Internal & External Calibrations
- Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI
- Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires’ & Production Staff.

**Requirements-**
HSC/Graduates with 1-2 yrs of core training experience from bpo

industry International background.

**shift**:

- 24*7 rotational shift/ 5 working days (rotational off)

**Interview rounds-**

1. HR 2. VNA 3. Presentation 4. OPS

**SALARY**:

- upto 5.5lpa

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹5.50 per year
