Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Physics to Classes 11 and 12 in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, lab activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students through complex concepts with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Prepare students rigorously for CBSE board exams, including revision plans and mock assessments.
- Conduct remedial sessions and provide support during doubt-clearing hours.
- Supervise residential study hours (prep time) and mentor students academically.
- Participate in school events, science exhibitions, and co-curricular engagements.
- Take up residential duties, including pastoral care and student supervision as per schedule.
- Create a stimulating and disciplined learning atmosphere that fosters curiosity and scientific thinking.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Master’s Degree in Physics along with a B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level (CBSE).
- Experience in a residential school environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire students and contribute to their holistic development.
