**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DESIGNER**

**A Little Bit About the Role**:
OLIVER+ are expanding the team across all our regions and we'd like to receive resumes and portfolios to be ready for our next big project. **Responsibilities: (WHAT IS REQUIRED)**
- A strong understanding of graphic design, typography and digital standards is as essential as the experience to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication.
- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. Requirement is for competency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
- Passionate about design & social media and understand the latest innovations in digital & social design.
- Love working in a fast-paced adaptable environment.
- Able to work both independently, and collaboratively within a team.

**What You'll be Doing**
- Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, asset creation and implementation.
- Produce creative design work with a clear rationale to accompany the work.
- Be a brand guardian.
- Create print, POS, OOH, social media assets,, GIFs, MEMEs, and different event and campaign collateral.
- Retouching of packs, lock up design, layout and some illustration (iconography or elements for motion graphics).
- Using existing assets and stock imagery to come up with relevant and up to date content.
- Keeping up to date with current design trends.
- Create work to the client's brief and exacting standards.
- Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client and provide excellent customer service.
- Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales.
- Proactively monitor quality, accuracy and consistency.
- Look for ways to develop new design within the guidelines, marketing and production opportunities.
- Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team.
- Complete timesheets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with various deliverables on a campaign ideation level.

**What Skills You'll Need**:

- Experienced leader and a strong understanding of how to motivate and develop high performing teams.
- Experience of building and sustaining meaningful client partnerships whilst maintaining a strong commercial focus.
- Results-driven: Creation of and delivery against business plans driven by growth targets.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to robustly present ideas to clients, and continually cascade knowledge/news throughout immediate team and the wider business.
- Confident working autonomously with partner or 3rd party agencies.
- Excellent presentation skills - both written and spoken.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team, whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
- Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to studio output.
- Experience in multiple sectors including FMCG, Automotive and Lifestyle.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in:

- Digital
- Print
- Motion Graphics
- Web Design/UX-UI
- Artwork Production

**You'll Have**:

- Relevant degree or diploma.
- Languages spoken (English).
