**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate **SEO/SEM/SMO & Google My Business Expert** to join our digital marketing team. This role is critical in enhancing Workido IT Technologies’ online visibility, generating qualified traffic, and establishing a strong digital footprint—especially across local and search-based platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**:

- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to drive content and ranking improvements.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and ensure site health.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies.
- Monitor SEO metrics and create monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

**SEM (Search Engine Marketing)**:

- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
- Optimize ad creatives, bids, and landing pages to improve ROI.
- Track and report KPIs including conversions, CTR, CPC, and Quality Score.

**SMO (Social Media Optimization)**:

- Develop engaging content strategies for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Increase brand visibility and user engagement through creative campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on insights.

**Google My Business (GMB) Optimization**:

- Set up, verify, and manage GMB profiles for all company locations.
- Keep listings updated with posts, offers, reviews, and Q&A responses.
- Monitor GMB insights and optimize for local search visibility and ranking.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, SMO, and GMB management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:

- Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Experience working with IT services or technology-based companies.
