**Position: UI Designer**

**Experience** **2-3 years**

**Location: Delhi**

**Ctc: 6 to 8 lpa**

**Working days - 5 days**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and technical constraints.
- Develop design concepts, visual styles, and branding elements that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines.
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability testing results, and design best practices.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements, including layout, typography, color, and imagery.
- Leverage Figma’s collaborative features to facilitate real-time collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design and Figma.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and communicate design decisions effectively.
- Work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure fidelity to design specifications and address any design-related issues.
- Collaborate with other designers to maintain and evolve design systems, components, and libraries within Figma.
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- 2 + years of experience as a UI Designer in a high paced organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in Figma and its collaborative design features.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and intuitive UI designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with user testing methodologies and usability principles.
- Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.
