**Job Title**: Control and Automation Design & Proposal Executive

**Location**: Noida, Delhi NCR

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales teams, engineers, and stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Conduct technical assessments and site evaluations for proposal development.
- Design control system architectures and develop technical specifications using CAD software.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals outlining solution concepts, technical specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate tender submission process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to address inquiries and negotiate contract terms.
- Maintain accurate records of proposal activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in control and automation systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in industrial, government, municipal, and institutional proposal-making, with a proven track record of winning projects.
- In-depth knowledge of control and automation technologies, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial networking protocols.
- Proficiency in CAD software for system design and layout.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in proposal development.
