Technical Support:
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

System Maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance of desktops and laptops, including software updates and patches.

Monitor and manage antivirus and security software to ensure systems remain secure.

Manage and track IT inventory and assets, ensuring proper documentation.

Network and Connectivity:
Troubleshoot network-related issues, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN, and VPN problems.

Collaborate with network administrators for advanced network configurations and troubleshooting.

IT Policy Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company IT policies and data security standards.

Assist in audits and compliance checks related to IT systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
