**Role Description**

As an International Voice Process Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, interacting with clients from around the world. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and possess excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in the logistics and transportation industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
