**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and self-driven **Video Editor & Graphic Designer** to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling visual content—videos, reels, stories, and graphics—for our clients and internal brand across social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**
- Create engaging reels, explainer videos, testimonials, product/service showcases, and ad creatives.
- Add text overlays, transitions, sound effects, animations, and music to enhance video quality.
- Edit videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Repurpose raw client footage into scroll-stopping video content.

**Graphic Designing**
- Design static and carousel creatives for social media campaigns.
- Develop branding collaterals such as logos, brochures, presentations, and banners.
- Create visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the content and strategy team for campaign-aligned designs.

**What You Should Bring**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator**, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of **Canva**.
- Strong design sense, attention to detail, and ability to visualize content concepts.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
- Time management skills and the ability to work independently.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in designing for **healthcare, clinics, or hospitals**.
- Knowledge of video optimization for social platforms.
- Prior agency or freelancing experience.
