Scope:

- At Blue Yonder, the Luminate Platform UX team is responsible for providing a holistic experience for products and solutions running on our digital supply chain platform.
- We design and develop a set of intelligent platform services including an underlying design system that wires the solutions on the platform together.
- We will be happy to see you as a part of our interdisciplinary UX team which works together with engineers, product owners, and product designers on building and adopting enterprise-grade design system.

What you will do:

- Collaboration in a diverse and inclusive environment with software engineers and designers on developing modern platform UX and establishing related design operations.
- Research and evaluate new requirements based on feedback from multiple stakeholders and end
- users.
- Design solutions and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.
- Providing design specifications and supporting platform engineers in an agile environment during the implementation of your designs.
- Helping peer product designers and teams to adopt the design system and platform services by supporting the design community and actively sharing your design concepts.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in HCI, Industrial Design, Graphics Art, User Experience, Human Factors, or equal/relevant industrial experience.
- Proven experience in User Interaction design.
- Proficiency in UI prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and agile development methodologies.

Preferred:

- Experience in building platforms and/or design systems
- Modern design tools experience (we love Figma and Dovetail)
- Familiarity of working in agile environment (we use JIRA)
- Communication and presentation skills
- Experience in designing solutions in the context of a design system and corporate branding rules.
- Inclusive workstyle throughout the design process to rapidly test and iterate on product concepts and UI based on stakeholder/user feedback.
