**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing Intern

We are looking for a passionate and driven marketing intern to join our team and support our efforts in driving brand awareness, engaging our target audience, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads and prospects.
- Research and compile information about potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing documents.
- Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with lead and client data.
- Assist in managing and tracking outreach efforts, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions.
- Monitor sales KPIs and assist in preparing reports to track sales performance.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and responding to client inquiries.
- Shadow and learn from senior sales team members during client calls and meetings.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues.
- Interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
