**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum for Grades 11 and 12.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments.
- Foster a stimulating classroom environment that promotes creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication.
- Guide students in literary analysis, grammar, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Plan and conduct internal assessments, projects, and assignments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students with extra academic help and exam preparation.
- Organize and mentor students in language-related competitions and events (debates, elocutions, writing contests).
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress and development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in English (M.A. in English)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms)
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school at the senior secondary level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and classroom management abilities
- Technologically proficient (Smart board, MS Office, Online teaching tools)
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring young minds

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Experience with CBSE board examination patterns and paper setting
- Innovative teaching strategies and activity-based learning
- Ability to inspire students and promote a love for literature and language

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
