Job Title: PGT English & Social Science Teacher

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and promote student engagement.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and intellectual growth.
- Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources effectively into lessons to enhance learning outcomes and student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities that integrate English and Social Science concepts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and academic concerns.
- Engage in continuous self-reflection and seek opportunities for professional growth and improvement as an educator.

Qualifications:

- A Master’s degree in Education with specialization in English and Social Science or related field.
- Strong content knowledge and expertise in English literature, language arts, grammar, and Social Science concepts (History, Geography, Civics, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning processes.
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
- Certification or licensure in teaching (if required by the state or country of employment).
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and professional responsibilities as an educator.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
