**A. Position Summary**

We are looking for Purchase Trainee for Dynamic Prestress (India) Pvt. Ltd. The position is based at Nashik.
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Job Functions: Purchase
- CTC- 17-25k

**B. Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for procurement specifically -Manufacturing units.
- Searching new vendors & maintaining data.
- Developing minimum 3 vendors as per requirement.
- Raising enquiries to vendors and follow up for material.
- Preparing the comparative statements for the finalized Vendors and conducting the negotiations.
- Coordination work in generating purchase orders against purchase requisitions from various departments.
- Ensure Purchase as per SOP
- Processing the invoices for the payment.
- Data Management & MIS - Provide requisite reports and inputs to HOD. Ensure data accuracy & analysis.

**C. Key Skills**:

- Handling procurement as per requirement
- Coordinating HOD in day-to-day procurement work.
- Preparing reports as per requirement
- Expediter

- **Experience**: Fresher or 1 year of relevant experience in the same position
