**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Research market trends and maintain a database of potential customers.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotations.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for improvement and new product development.
- **Field Sales Activities**:

- Conduct on-site visits to meet clients and understand their specific requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **1-2 years of experience** in IT sales, including both field and inside sales.
- Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., software, hardware, cloud solutions).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required for field sales.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹15,467.51 - ₹37,772.53 per month
