**We are hiring Customer Support Executive**
**Location: Chetpet Chennai**
**Experience:1yr to 3yrs**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback received on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Monitor brand mentions, comments, and messages across social media channels.
- Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate internal teams (technical, logistics, sales, etc.).
- Maintain response time and resolution time within the company’s SLA standards.
- Track, log, and analyze customer interactions to improve support quality.
- Assist the marketing team by providing feedback from customers for product/service improvement.
- Handle negative comments or reviews tactfully to protect brand reputation.
- Create and maintain standard replies (FAQs, templates) for common queries.
- Stay updated with platform trends and tools for better engagement and support.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably through social media.
- Strong command over written English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and X (Twitter).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM or social listening tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
