**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging and structured **Japanese language classes** (beginner to advanced levels).
- Train students to clear **JLPT levels** or meet specific academic/industry goals.
- Create lesson plans, assignments, and assessments tailored to learners’ needs.
- Incorporate Japanese **culture, communication etiquette, and practical usage** in sessions.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the academic and content team to continuously improve the curriculum.
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and session reports.

**Required Qualifications**
- JLPT **N2 / N3 certification** (N1 preferred).
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Japanese studies or related.
- **1-3 years of teaching/training experience** in Japanese language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong classroom engagement and mentoring skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience teaching in a **training institute, university, or edtech environment.**:

- Knowledge of **digital teaching tools** (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).
- Enthusiasm for **interactive and experiential teaching methods.**

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
