The Role
Good in Japanese translation and interpretation.
Expected to do the work according to SOP’s (In Japanese).
Translation and Interpretation of instruction from clients (as required).
Communication with stake holders in Japan /India.
Act as the central communication point for interpretation and translation.Prioritize various task based on business impact to the client.
Handle production operating system resource availability.
Perform root cause analysis, resolution and / or critical issue,Monitoring for SLA checklist and make sure of the SLA jobs completion within the given SLA time.
Performing adhoc requests like Demanding, Cancelling, Holding Jobs.
Develop working relationships with support and delivery teams, management and liaise with support areas as required.
Train and mentor other team members
Participate in daily Operations meetingscome in handy as you move forward in your career.
Who You Are
Japanese Language (JLPT N2/N3 or equivalent)
Knowledge of MS word, Power point.
