- Identifying and qualifying potential subcontractors for various projects
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with subcontractors
- Monitoring and evaluating subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to project requirements
- Collaborating with internal teams to determine subcontracting needs and requirements
- Managing the overall subcontracting process to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise with subcontractors
