*Job Description*

1. Safety Audit, Accident Investigation, training and coaching work place investigation.

2. Achieve zero incidents, Responsible for proper signage and Boards related to safety in plant.

3. Testing of equipment i.e. Press machine, EOT crane). Team leader of TPM Safety pillar. Responsible for conducting Mock Drill Twice in a year (complete plant evacuation).

4. Responsible for forming fire safety committee in plant and providing trainings to them. Training target should be more than 2 hour per team member per month.

5. Environment testing through third party, regulatory compliance submission audits and Investigation. Responsible for execution of ISQ safety function across the plant successfully.

6. Responsible for PPE implementation in plant. Checking hygiene standard of canteen and auditing once in a month, also responsible for reporting in MRM ,regarding canteen Hygiene standards

7. Responsible for auditing hoist, Crain lifter, weighing bridge & all safety precautionary measures. E.g. Photo guard sensor etc.

8. Conducting health check-up. Responsible for Hazardous waste disposable. Pollution dept. compliances, Responsible for compliance related to STP/ETP. Responsible for strict adherence of safety manuals as per Factory act in plant for employee safety. Conducting of frequent safety audit in plant by himself as well as statutory.

9. Training on safety (EHS, EMS, Fire Hazard, Fire Safety), adherence of safety policy. Responsible for Quarterly Safety audit and preparation of corrective action plan and strict monitoring and reporting to P&A Head and Plant head.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
