Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assess individual and community needs to develop tailored support programs.

Provide counseling, support, and guidance to individuals facing challenges.

Connect individuals with appropriate resources, including education, job opportunities, and scholarships.

Collaborate with the team to run campaigns and initiatives aligned with Tucsi’s mission.

Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage diverse communities.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and support provided.

Evaluate the impact of programs and recommend improvements.

Advocate for individuals and communities to ensure access to resources and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work.

Proven experience in social work or community engagement (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

Familiarity with local resources and services.

Experience with project management and report writing is an advantage.
