**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of cleaning machines at client sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines (scrubber driers, vacuum cleaners, sweepers, high-pressure jets, etc.).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain service records, prepare reports, and update warranty/AMC details.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on proper machine usage and basic maintenance.
- Ensure availability and replacement of spare parts and consumables.
- Coordinate with the service team and report escalated issues to senior engineers/management.
- Follow safety standards and company guidelines during all service activities.
- Support in product testing, feedback collection, and improvements.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Hands-on experience with industrial/commercial cleaning machines (preferred).
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for service reporting.
- Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in service/maintenance (cleaning equipment industry preferred).
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.
