**Purpose of the Role**
- Planning, Directing, Organizing and controlling of machine shop activities
- Improve On-time delivery
- Delivery and dispatch Zero Defect Products as per schedule

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Prepare Monthly ,Weekly production schedule & Preparing process card against customer demand
- Effective management of warehouse and WIP
- Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery
- Analyze all engineering activities for all internal and external departments
- Establish & ensure all new and existing products Routing & operations w.r.t C.T in ERP
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications
- Develop standard operating procedure & work instruction for excising & new products
- Prepare Plans and schedule for all projects and delivery
- Maintain machine shop production planning & achieving of the plan vs. actual performance
