Operation Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule drivers for staff transportation, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- Manage and monitor driver performance and attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of driver schedules and attendance.
- Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including data analysis and reporting.
- Perform advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables to support data-driven decisions.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and staff to coordinate schedules and address any issues.
- Assist in training new drivers and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Generate regular reports on driver performance and attendance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in transportation or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data management.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
