Khurana Automobiles, an authorized Royal Enfield dealership, is looking for enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Royal Enfield, responsible for delivering a premium buying experience to our customers. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for motorcycles and a flair for sales, whether you're just starting your career or bring years of experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage walk-in customers and provide them with detailed information about Royal Enfield motorcycles.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models and financing options.
- Take customers for test rides and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure all bikes are presented in excellent condition.
- Assist with documentation and coordinate with internal departments for smooth delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s overall success.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities when required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Royal Enfield products, services, and promotions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasive abilities.
- A passion for motorcycles, especially Royal Enfield.
- Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.)
- High school diploma or above; any additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Must be presentable, punctual, and energetic.
