**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers with selecting jewelry pieces.
- Provide detailed information about products, including pricing, quality, and style.
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

2. Store Maintenance:

- Maintain organization of the store.
- Display jewelry items attractively and securely.

3. Billing and Operations:

- Operate computer systems for billing and inventory management.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Update inventory records and manage stock levels.

4. Jewelry Knowledge:

- Perform jewelry calculations and appraisals.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and styles in the jewellry market.
- Advise customers on product care and maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a salesperson in the jewellry industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating computers and billing systems.
- Ability to perform accurate jewelry calculations.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
