**Job Description: MERN Developer Intern (Paid Internship)**

**Position**: MERN Developer Intern
**Duration**: 6 Months (Full-Time)
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday
**Compensation**: Paid Internship
**Certification**: Certification provided upon successful completion of the internship
**Stipend**: Stipend for this internship ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on the role and skill-set.

**Eligibility Criteria (mandatory)**:
✔ **Education**: Pursuing/completed B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT)
✔ **CGPA Requirement**: Minimum **8.0+ CGPA**
✔ **Internship Duration**:6-month full-time internship** at our **Bengaluru office** (Monday to Friday)
✔ **Work Location**: Must be **ready to work from our Bengaluru office**

**Technical Proficiency (mandatory)**:

- **Node.js** - Asynchronous programming, event loop, API development
- **Express.js** - Middleware, routing, REST APIs
- **MongoDB** - Database design, CRUD operations, indexing
- **MySQL/PostgreSQL** - SQL queries, indexing, optimization
- **AWS Services** - EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, API Gateway
- **RESTful API Development** and **Authentication (JWT, OAuth)**

**Additional Skills**:

- Experience with **Git/GitHub** for version control.
- Familiarity with **HTML, CSS, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS)**.
- Understanding of **RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)**.
- **Commitment**: Must be available for a **full-time 6-month internship** in Bengaluru (Monday to Friday).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interview Mode**: Only face-to-face interviews will be conducted; online interviews will not be considered.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Full Stack Development**:

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- **API Development**:

- Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with front-end and back-end systems.
- Test and maintain APIs to ensure smooth communication between the front-end and back-end.
- **Collaboration and Version Control**:

- Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment, participate in daily stand-ups, and contribute to sprint planning.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and code sharing.
- **Testing and Debugging**:

- Perform unit and integration testing for both front-end and back-end components.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to improve performance.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed documentation of codebase, architecture, and project requirements.
- Document API specifications and usage guides for future developers.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have a strong understanding of web development concepts and programming fundamentals.
- **Skills and Attributes**:

- Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and platforms like GitHub.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
