Key Responsibilities : 1. Backend Development :

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using and
  • Implement RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the backend services.
  • Collaborate with database administrators to design and optimize MongoDB schemas.2.

Frontend Development :

  • Develop user-friendly and responsive web applications using React.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement attractive and functional user interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of the applications.3.

Collaboration and Communication :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and implement new features.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.4.

Quality Assurance :

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase.
  • Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.5.

DevOps and Deployment :

  • Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.6.

Continuous Improvement :

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve the development processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the growth of the team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in full stack development with a focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, and ).
  • Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of database systems, particularly MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
