DAX Process Audit Department Overview Primary function of Process Audit Department is mapping and maintenance of process documents. Process Auditor conducts process audits to evaluate and determine the extent to which audit criteria are fulfilled and provide audit reports/summaries to senior management systematically and objectively. Process Auditor is expected to periodically evaluate the process documents and make changes to the documents as per business needs/inputs from Business Unit Heads/Stakeholders.

Required Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree along with Lead Auditor ISO 9001: 2015 certification or above.
- Minimum of 2+ years of work experience (preferred process mapping & internal auditing experience).
- Expertise in standards, regulations, auditing techniques, and audit management skills.
- Six sigma Green belt preferred - Expertise in MS office products - Excel, Visio, Power BI, etc.
- Ability to work independently under general direction, demonstrate a high level of dependability, and be willing and able to work flexible shifts and hours.
- A self-starter, motivated person who enjoys working in a team environment.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be able to interact effectively with all levels of employees and departments.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to change.
- Should be credible, self-driven, result-oriented with positive outlook, team player and empathic communicator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties maybe assigned):

- Engage with Stakeholders in learning a business process, break down by macro and micro processes.
- Mapping of different processes, vital and trivial, that are essential for a business to function effectively.
- Highlight redundancies, suggest alternate options for better outcomes.
- Create clear and concise process documents per inputs provided and publish created process documents once approved by department head.
- Define objective, scope, and criteria for each audit.
- Establish procedures and ensure implementation of audit program. - Ensure appropriate audit program records are managed and maintained.
- Monitor, review and improve the audit program.
- Communicate to Senior Management contents of audit program and where necessary, seek approval.
- Coordinate and schedule audits and other activities relevant to audit program. - Conduct audits in accordance with audit program and within agreed timeframe.
- Distribute audit reports and summary to top management and other relevant parties along with recommendations for improvement.
- Schedule follow-up audits as necessary and maintain timelines for review of process documents.
- Create, manage, and maintain audit records to demonstrate implementation of audit program.
- Establish processes to ensure that any confidentiality needs associated with audit records are addressed.
