**Role**

**Responsibilities**

**Office Management**:

- Overseeing and supervising the day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Managing office supplies, consumables and other items
- Ensuring a clean and organized office environment
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Managing office support staff

**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases of all office vendors
- Maintaining accurate records of incoming assets, goods and receivables

**Vendor Management**:

- Initiating necessary AMCs and service contracts with various vendors to ensure office maintenance activities
- Negotiating and maintaining contracts with office service providers, such as cleaning and maintenance services
- Ensuring service providers meet agreed-upon standards
- Liaising with vendors and service providers along with keeping track of renewals
- Ensuring the timely delivery of services and goods

**Administrative Support**:

- Providing administrative support to executives and senior management like coordinating meetings and appointments
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assisting in HR-related tasks such as employee record maintenance, biometric related activities
- Planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
- Coordinating for logistics, catering, and other event-related details

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies**
- 3+ years of experience in an office administration role
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Experience in office management and administrative procedures
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Location**: Mumbai

**Reporting To**: General Manager - Operations

**Joining Date**: Immediate to 30 Days

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
