**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visual Merchandising Strategy**: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s identity and drive sales in the optical industry.
- **Display Design**: Design and set up visually appealing and effective displays for eyewear, optical accessories, and promotional items.
- **Product Presentation**: Ensure all optical products are presented in an organized and visually appealing manner, highlighting key product features and benefits.
- **In-store Visuals**: Manage the layout and organization of the store, ensuring that the visual flow encourages customer movement and interaction with products.
- **Sales Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that visual merchandising aligns with sales goals and product inventory.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain brand consistency across all visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that displays reflect the brand’s image and values.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on the latest trends in visual merchandising and the optical industry, incorporating relevant trends into display strategies.
- **Inventory Management**: Collaborate with inventory teams to manage stock levels, ensuring that display products are available for sale and in good condition.
- **Event Support**: Assist with the planning and execution of in-store events, promotions, and product launches, ensuring that visual elements enhance the customer experience.
- **Reporting**: Analyse sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the optical industry or a related retail sector.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail display techniques.
- Creative mind-set with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software or tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail periods.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
