**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Mentor Counselor to join our team in Kolkata. This is a sales-centric role where you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and enrolling students in our transformative career programs. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential students, understanding their needs and aspirations, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and identify potential students through various channels (phone calls, online inquiries, education fairs, etc.).
- Qualify leads by understanding their career goals, educational background, and financial constraints.
- Develop strong relationships with potential students and build trust through effective communication and personalized guidance.
- Present the benefits and value proposition of Learnpact programs to potential students, addressing their concerns and questions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for student enrollment.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all interactions with potential students.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (relevant experience in education, counseling, or sales will be highly preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali (Hindi a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and excellence.
