**Experience**:

- Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment (Non-IT)
- Specialized sourcing for: Radiologic Technologists, Ultrasound Technicians, MRI Technicians, Mammography Technicians, Patient Services Specialist I, Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Proven success in hiring for radiology, nursing, and patient care roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven night shift environment
- Available to join immediately or within short notice
