**Position Summary**:
This role will require organization in managing daily priorities with focus on detail and data integrity. This role will have a high level of customer service interaction with internal and external customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Review and verify job posting structure with focus on consistency in structure of description, required skill sets (Location/Project Description, Essential Skills, Preferred Skills and Position Description) and Maintain KPI/SLA of posting in timely manner.

Review resumes and conduct prescreens as required.

Work efficiently in Talent Acquisition systems & software (Success Factors, SAP, Power BI etc.).

Ensure interview feedback and Bechtel Interview Forms are completed.

Prepare reports on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Basic Qualifications**:
A Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of experience or 5+ years of overall experience in lieu of a degree.

**Additional Qualifications**:
Prior experience working in Talent Acquisition function.

Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.

Customer service oriented.

Advanced level experience with MS Office suite.

Ability to assess and present data as per need.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize & meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, changing, dynamic work environment,

with strong attention to detail.
