The Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective classroom instruction to students of primary grades. The role includes planning lessons in alignment with the school curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, monitoring student progress, and ensuring the holistic development of children academically, socially, and emotionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons that align with the prescribed curriculum.
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including activity-based and child-centered learning.
- Assess, monitor, and record students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning among students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and instill good moral values.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and behavior.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to improve academic outcomes.
- Ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a primary teacher or freshers who have passion in teaching, are encouraged.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
- Ability to integrate technology and modern teaching tools in the classroom.
- Good organizational and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vishakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam - 530016, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 2 years (preferred)
