We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Primary School Teacher to join our prestigious Indian school. As a primary school teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing young minds, creating a positive and engaging learning environment, and providing a solid foundation for students' academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities:
2. Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and positive classroom environment that fosters mutual respect, inclusivity, and discipline. Establish clear rules and expectations to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere and promote good behavior and academic progress.

3. Student Assessment: Regularly assess students' progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians. Utilize a variety of assessment methods, including tests, projects, and observations, to evaluate individual student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

4. Individualized Instruction: Identify students' diverse learning needs and tailor instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities. Provide additional support and differentiated instruction to students who require extra attention or challenge.

5. Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, including regular progress updates, parent-teacher conferences, and responding to inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with parents to support students' academic and social development.

6. Extracurricular Involvement: Actively participate in school-wide extracurricular activities, events, and committees. Support the holistic development of students by contributing to cultural programs, sports activities, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field, with a specialization in primary education preferred.
- Teaching certification from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in teaching primary school students, preferably in an elite educational institution.
- Proficient knowledge of the primary school curriculum and instructional best practices.
- Strong classroom management skills, including the ability to create a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
- Passion for education, a nurturing personality, and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
